During the summer, we often visit Barb and John Lloyd in Michigan. One night Barb made this delicious throw-together stew. I quizzed her on what she did, and came up with a recipe.

Barb's Pork Chop Stew

a large frying pan

4 pork chops
a can of cream of chicken soup
4 medium potatoes, cut into large pieces
either baby carrots, or chunked carrots, as much as you want
2 T oil

1. Brown pork chops well in oil.
2. Pour the chicken soup over the chops.
3. Spread the potatoes and carrots over all.

Cook on low heat until vegetables are done.
