This recipe is from Jane Arndt. We didn’t have it when we visited her; it’s from her recipe box. Jane highly recommends it. It sounds like it would be attractive and nice for guests or to take to a potluck.

Blueberry Pound Cake

9” tube pan or bundt pan, sprayed

1 8-oz cream cheese
1/2 c salad oil
1 18-oz yellow cake mix
1 3-oz vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs, beaten
2 t vanilla
2 c blueberries

1. Combine cream cheese and oil, beat until creamy.
2. Add cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla.
3. Fold in blueberries.

Bake at 325° for 60 minutes
