Judy Youngdoff sent me this recipe from Kansas. The chops have a delicious barbecue flavor when done.
Busy Day Porkchops
1 c ketchup
1/2 c water
3/4 c brown sugar, lightly packed
1/4 c lemon juice
4 thick center cut pork chops
1. Combine ketchup, water, brown sugar and lemon juice.
2. Place chops in a 2-qt glass baking dish and pour sauce over pork chops.
Bake at 250° , uncovered, for 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours.
