Candy Little from Kansas sent me this email: "The second I saw this recipe, a handout at a grocery store to promote top round roasts, I thought of you because pepperoncinis and juice are included in the ingredient list. (I think those things are often in your lunch menu.)" She has seen pepperoncinis in my lunch menus. I'm quite fond of them! Candy modified the store version to a smaller recipe. She also says, "My version is tasty without being too 'hot.'" Candy's Italian Beef Sliders2 lb. top round beef roast Put all ingredients into a crock pot. Cook on Hi for 6 hours.
