Coconut Custard Pie is my husband's favorite pie.
Coconut Custard Pie
1 unbaked pie shell
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c shredded sweetened coconut
2 and 1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1. Add sugar to beaten eggs

Add milk and vanilla, mix.
3. Add coconut.

Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425° for 25 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
