Some friends and I were at lunch one day talking about fruit desserts, and Dell French said she had a killer blueberry dessert. So she brought it the following week to the Writers Guild Hallowe'en party. Dell's husband got his share early because he knew it would be soon gone. Blueberry Delighta 9x13 cake pan Crust: 2 c crushed graham crackers 1. Mix all of the above ingredients. Filling: 2 c firmly packed small marshmallows 1. Add the milk to the marshmallows, and melt together. (Dell: I just zap the marshmallows in the microwave and watch until half melted. I take them out, mash them with a potato masher, and zap them for about another 30 seconds.) 3. Add the whipping cream and vanilla to marshmallow mix. Garnish with cracker crumbs (optional) Refrigerate.
