Since my husband is diabetic, I use this dressing a lot. We particularly like it on cole slaw. Slaw with this dressing will last days in the refrigerator, and improve with age.
Diabetic Vinaigrette Salad/Slaw Dressing
1/2 c Splenda or other one/one sweetner
1/3 c salad oil (Do not use olive oil!)
1/3 c white vinegar
seasonings (I use all kinds of dry seasonings, depending on my mood or the day.) suggestions: Italian mixed spice, garlic powder, Greek seasoning mix, grated parmesan cheese
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. The easiest way is to shake them up in a jar. What you don't use you can easily store in the refrigerator.
