Donna Archambault live just 10 houses down the street from me. We're in Knitting, Red Hats, and Marbles together. This is her own cake, a nice quick dessert for guests.
Donna's Apple Spice Cake
a spice cake mix
a can of light apple pie filling
3/4 c applesauce
3 eggs
1. Chop the apples in the pie filling.
2. Mix everything together.
Pour into a greased 9 inch by 13 inch pan. Bake 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
Can be frosted or served with whipped cream or ice cream.
