My friend Jane Fisher in North Carolina sent me this recipe. She said she had wanted it, and was overjoyed to find it on the back of a cracker box. She made some changes in the recipe, and suggests more at the bottom of the recipe.

Five Minute Chocolate Pie

1 and 1/4 c cold milk
2 pkgs (small) chocolate instant pudding
1 8 -oz. non-dairy whipped topping thawed, divided
1 graham cracker crust

1. In large bowl, beat pudding and milk for 1 minute with whisk.  Mix will be very thick.  
2. Whisk in 1/2 container of topping.  
3. Spread in crust.  
4. Top with remaining topping.  

Enjoy now or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Jane: I use sugar-free pudding, as I have to watch my carbs, as Bob does.

I found the pudding and milk mix extremely thick.  I have added 1/4 c. more milk, and think the next one I make I will add 1/4 c. more.
