Helen Matava brought this to the Writers Guild Potluck at my house in October. It's a nice, basic, traditional pumpkin bread recipe. You can't go wrong with it. Helen's Pumpkin Breadpreheat oven to 350° 2 9x5 loaf pans, greased and floured
1. Mix flour, baking powder, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves together. Bake about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. Cool slightly. Loosen the bread by running a knife along the sides of each pan. Turn out.
