Judy McCracken sent this to me, and I know for a fact that she loves cinnamon butter on her sweet potatoes.

Many restaurants around here serve cinnamon butter on their baked sweet potatoes. It's a Southern thing. Cinnamon butter is also good on baked squash.

Honey Cinnamon Butter

1/4 c unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 and 1/2 tsp honey
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon (I would use more cinnamon-Ruth)

Mix thoroughly.
