Nancy Sango was a friend for years when we lived on the Florida coast. She got this recipe from a lady in her church and passed it around.

Calamondin Jam

12 c ground calamondins
10 cups sugar
1 pkg Certo

To grind calamondins:

1. Cut the fruit in half and remove the seeds.
2. Grind in blender or food processor.

 

1. Boil calamondins and sugar very hard for 10-15 minutes
2. Stir in 1 package of Certo.
3. Skim off foam.
4. Pour in sterilized jars and cover with paraffin.
