My friend Jane Arndt in Michigan gave me this recipe. It's the most lemon-y cake you've ever had!

Lemon Grabber Cake

9 x 13-inch pan

Preheat oven to 350°

1 pkg lemon gelatin dessert
3/4 c boiling water
1 lemon cake mix
3/4 c salad oil
4 eggs
2 c powdered sugar, sifted
juice of 3 lemons

1. Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water. Cool.
2. When gelatin dessert is cool, add the cake mix, oil, and eggs to it.
3. Beat until smooth.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, until done. 

Prick top of cake all over with a fork while hot.
4. Mix the lemon juice and powdered sugar.
5. Pour the mixture over the cake.

Allow to cool before serving.
