My sister, Gail Maggiore, brought this to our Thanksgiving Dinner, and is also going to bring it for Christmas dinner. It makes a nice accompaniment for any heavy meal, or makes a tasty lunch by itself. No Name SaladDRESSING 1/2 c honey Mix all the above ingredients, and refrigerate. ALSO PREPARE 1 c halved pecans Mix all of the above ingredients into the honey dressing. WHEN READY TO SERVE 1. Tear up 1-2 bulbs of Romaine lettuce into large bowl. Gail suggests that you reserve some of the crumbled feta to sprinkle on the top before serving.
