Patty Muth from Utica, MI, brought these cookies to a Girls' Weekend we had here in Florida. They are a quick make, low-cal treat. Patty has made them with both blueberry and strawberry all-fruit jams, and thinks she likes the blueberry best.
Patty's Lo-cal Cookies
Makes 3 dozen
1 angelfood cake mix
8 oz fruit only (sweetened with juice) jam, any flavor
1/4 c Splenda
1. Beat all the above ingredients together. Fold in:
3 T mini chocolate chips
2. Drop by tsp onto greased cookie sheet
Bake at 325° for about 15 minutes.
Store between sheets of waxed paper.
