My sister, Gail Maggiore, gave me this recipe. This dressing is perfect for Asian and Oriental salads.
Peanut Salad Dressing
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T peanut butter
1/4 c each:
soy sauce
unseasoned rice wine vinegar
toasted sesame oil
1/2 tsp each:
sugar
hot Chinese mustard
1 T each:
hot chili oil
vegetable oil
1. Whisk all except the oils together.
2. Slowly whisk in the oils.
3. Adjust seasonings to taste.
