This is one of my absolutely favorite salads. It's quick, easy, and will keep several days in the frig. It can be a lunch, with some crackers, in itself. Ruth
Pea and Peanut Salad
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar
1 cup peanuts
1 pkg frozen green peas
1. Heat peas in a small amount of water until they just begin to boil.
2. Remove from heat, drain, and cool.

Blend all ingredients, folding in peas and peanuts last. Chill.
4 servings.
