Quick Lemon Bundt Cake
bundt cake pan
preheat oven to 350°
1 lemon cake mix
8-oz cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
a tub of commercial lemon frosting
lemon extract to taste
Mix all of the above and pour into greased pan.
Bake for 55 minutes.
Jean never frosts her lemon bundt cake. She just sifts powdered sugar on top.
