Our niece, Cheryl, in Ohio sent me this recipe. Talk about easy! And it feeds a gang.
Eight Can Crock Pot Soup
1 can fiesta corn drained
1 can of cut green beans, drained
1 can Hormel Chili no beans
1 can Hormel Turkey Chili with beans
1 can Rotel (which is tomatoes with chilis) (Ruth's note: Rotel tomatoes are very spicy hot. Yum.)
1 can of mixed vegetables, drained
1 can of chopped or diced tomatoes with onions
1 can of chopped or sliced potatoes, drained
All can sizes are the same, 15 oz, except the Rotel which is a 10 ounce can. Dump all cans into crock pot and mix. Tturn it on low and let it simmer and cook all day.
