This cake has been a family favorite for years. In fact, daughter Lisa and I are making this cake and the lemon version for a big family birthday party tomorrow. The cake is so rich and moist it doesn't need icing. However, a dusting of powdered sugar dresses it up.

Wall to Wall Chocolate Cake

1 chocolate cake box mix
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
3/4 c water
3/4 c oil
8 oz sour cream
4 beaten eggs
1 13-oz pkg chocolate chips

chopped nuts (optional)

1. Mix ingredients except eggs and chocolate chips in large bowl.
2. Blend in eggs.
3. Fold in chocolate chips (and nuts, if using).
4. Bake in greased bundt pan at 350° for 50-55 minutes. (Do not flour pan.)
