Early in June we had a family birthdays party at daughter Lisa's house in Ohio. Lisa's husband, Gordy, who is the family cook, made both Wall to Wall Chocolate Cake and Wall to Wall Lemon Cake. They are so moist and good that it was hard to choose between them. Most people didn't. They took both.

Wall to Wall Lemon Cake

1 lemon cake box mix
1 pkg instant lemon pudding
3/4 c water
3/4 c oil
8 oz sour cream
4 beaten eggs
1 13-oz pkg lemon chips
2 T lemon zest

chopped nuts (optional)

1. Mix ingredients except eggs and lemon chips in large bowl.
2. Blend in eggs.
3. Fold in lemon chips, zest,(and nuts, if using).
4. Bake in greased bundt pan at 350° for 50-55 minutes. (Do not flour pan.)

Top with powdered sugar or a lemon glaze.
