Yule Tea is from Donna Ksepka, Florida. We met at one of my book signings, and have been friends ever since.

I have one for Yule Tea that I'm sending you...it's soooo good and festive, as well as for company...Blessings of love and light, Donna

Yule Tea

Peel from 1/2 lemon
5 whole cloves
4 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp allspice berries
1 whole nutmeg
1 bay leaf
1 tsp dried chamomile
8 teabags of black tea
1 apple, peeled and thinly sliced

1. Stud the lemon peel with cloves and place in a square of cheesecloth along with the remaining spices and chamomile.
2. Place spice pouch in a pot along with the teabags.
3. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a separate pot and pour over spice pouch and tea.
4. Steep for at least 3 minutes and serve with apple slices. (Of course, you can double or triple the recipe for a crowd)

ENJOY AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
